Transcript

In order to graduate with a Masters, students must successfully complete eight subjects in total. Depending on the award or the major selected there may be more elective subjects applicable. If you’re working full-time we strongly recommend that you enrol in one to two subjects per intake and that should still enable you to complete your Masters within two years.

New students should start off enrolling in just one subjects in order to get familiar with the learning portal and also our subject requirements. That should also give you a sense whether you are able to devote more time and perhaps enrol in two subjects in following intakes. We have four intakes a year which will help you to plan your study around your work and family commitments. Our recommendation is for students to set aside 8 to 10 hours per week per subject depending on the given topic and whether any assessments are due, students may need more or less time in a given week.

How to Enrol

  1. View and read the Policy Index. This contains all the terms and conditions relating to your enrolment at The College of Law.
  2. Decide on your program and initial subject/s
  3. Enrol online

Before you Enrol

When you enrol, you’ll need to upload the following documents.

  • A certified colour copy of your official academic transcript or graduation certificate (LLB, JD, DipLaw)
  • A copy of your Application for RPL (if applying for credit)
  • Specialist accreditation certificate (GDLP or other)
  • Proof of name change (if applicable)

You’ll also need to have your credit card details handy – or TFN if you’re applying through FEE-HELP.

The government has not yet released the 2021 FEE HELP (eCAF) form. If you choose FEE HELP as your preferred payment method you will be required to complete a FEE HELP (eCAF) form at a later date when they become available.

This, however, will not stop us from starting to process your application now.

As soon as the Government releases the 2021 FEE HELP (eCAF) form we will send you an email with a link to the form. You will need to complete and submit this FEE HELP (eCAF) form upon receipt. For further information please contact our Client Services on 02 9965 7111.
